When I think cold weather, I think gingerbread body scrub. I have made hundreds of body scrubs and butters over the years, and this one still remains in my top 10. It has been freezing here lately, and it’s times like these, I reach for all of my warming, comforting Essential Oils. Ginger, Cinnamon, Cassia, are all big winners in this house.
While diffusing these oils is great, and provides a warming ambience in the home, I love a good DIY spa night, and making my own products has always been my first preference. I know what goes into them, and I can customise them to suit my mood. Perfect for cold weather, or to make and give as a gift, this gingerbread body scrub is heavenly! I made a fresh batch last night to use in winter, as I love the warming effect. With just a few ingredients, it really is one of those DIY recipes you can whip up in a jiffy.
Have a birthday coming up and nothing to give? This is a great option! Handmade and from the heart, this scrub is sure to impress
