This baby powder recipe can be customised to suit your individual preferences, however I have chosen these Essential Oils for their soothing, relaxing, and calming properties.
Baby Powder Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Arrowroot Powder
1/4 Cup Finely Ground Oats
1 Drop Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
2 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
- Mix well and place into bottle of choice. You can use a shaker style bottle or recycle an old one if you have it in the house.
- If you don’t have finely ground oats, place ingredients in food processor and blitz until smooth and finely ground.
